Terms and Conditions

I hereby understand & accept all the terms & conditions of this competition mentioned below, If I participate in any violation of the terms & conditions / rules and regulations. I will be responsible for the actions taken. I am responsible for any kind of physical & mental damages if any occurs during the competition & I will hold no one’s responsibility.

Event Date 20th July 2024 (5th of Shrawan 2081)

1. Entry Fee: Rs.200.00/- (NPR Two Hundred Only) per Player . Closing Date of form, 4th of Shrawan 2081 (20th July 2024) till 12:00 Noon.
2. Form submission will be valid and counted after the payment of registration fee.
3. If any Participant found with usage of drugs or any other illegal appearance will be disqualified.
4. Participant must reach venue before 15 minutes of the game starting time. (I.e. Game Time: 1:00 p.m.-Reporting Time 12:45 p.m.)
5. I f a player didn’t arrive within 15 minutes after the game starting time then the opponent player will be declared winner and will proceed to next round. (e.g. game time 1:00 p.m.-extended reporting time 1:15)
6. Game will be played on Knock-out format. Third place will be declared as per the highest point obtained in an Event & Final match will be played on best of three.
7. Tie-sheet will be published on 4th of Shrawan 2081 (19th July 2024) via our website and Facebook page of Ultimate Events Nepal & will be attached in the venue on event day.
8. Rules and Regulations regarding game will be described before game starts.
9. Notice of cancellation must be given in writing for confirmed registrations up to 1 business days prior the event. There would no refund to those who cancel the event game.
10. Ultimate Events have full right to cancel & postpend the event, In the event if Ultimate Events needs to cancel the event for any reason, Ultimate Events will be responsible for refunding the registration fees received.
11. A no Show penalty of Rs. 5000 per player will be imposed on team who reserve/registered but do not turn up.
Also will not be eligible in any event organized by Ultimate Events on further coming days.
